In Zero Effort Selling Part 2, you go into the subject of trying and the resistance it creates. Would you explain more about that?

Sure, the brain cannot dry and do simultaneously. It’s called Dual Task Interference. The more you “try” to make yourself do a habit, etc, the harder it becomes. Just like “trying” to remember a name, the brain cannot be forced. Trying is left brain, almost all info from the brain is held in long term memory, right brain. You cannot force change, you must allow.
